Is there a long-term commitment?

No long-term contracts — we operate month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

What grades do you tutor?

We work with students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 across all core subjects. Tutors are matched based on your child's grade and specific needs.

Are sessions in-person or online?

All sessions are in-person at our Rutherford, NJ location at 75 Kip Ave. We believe in-person tutoring with our technology platform produces the best outcomes.

Will my child always have the same tutor?

Yes — consistency matters. Your child is assigned a dedicated tutor for the duration of enrollment. In rare scheduling conflicts, we'll notify you and provide a qualified substitute.

Do parents get a work log after each session?

Yes — automatically. After every session our software generates a detailed work log and emails it directly to the parent on file, typically within 30 minutes of the session ending.
